We are happy to present this english website to you. Still a lot of trips need to be translated but the calendar is up to date. In the near future we will finetune this website by uploading photos and provide more trip details. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

The mountainbike weekend we organized last may was a great succes. Have a look in the photo album for some impressions. Are you a woman with a sportive attitude who'd like to join us on a mountainbike weekend for beginners? Then here is your chance! Next trip is scheduled for 8 october. Both practical exercise as theoretical information are part of this weekend. And bring your lady friends, sisters, nieces and collegues - it's women only! Maximum 16 participants. No experience needed, but we expect that you have a good basic health condition and a sportive attitude. Price: 235 euro. Rental bike available on request.

From 22 to 25 october 2010 Fietsavontuur.net/Firstwater is present at the Bike Motion Fair in Utrecht/the Netherlands. Visit us in hal 2 - stand B039, the so called Pavillion for Tourism. At this fair all bicycle brands show their products and their new bikes for 2011. In the Pavillion for Tourism you'll find a wide range of tourperators, happy to offer you a great variety of bike holidays. Entrance fee 15 euros - pre sale online 11 euros.

Since our start in 2005 firstwater has organized several bike holidays or training weeks for bike clubs. These trips are tailormade and adjusted to your wishes. You tell us the daily distance you'd like to cycle, your preference for flat countryside, hills or mountains, what kind of lodging you prefer (camping, bungalows, hotels) and what kind of other services (luggage transport, food etc) you would like to be taken care of. We will make your bike holiday perfect. We've already been to the Northern Alps, in the Cevennes, in the Dordogne and in the Ardennes. Would like to travel with your friends? Let us know, we are happy to make you a good offer.

We will organise more tours that we call "enjoy a week with good rides, good food and a good sleep". Until now these tours exist in the Cevennes (France), Northern Alps and Dordogne. From spring 2010 we will offer more destinations. Furthermore we offer a lot of our group tours also on an individual basis.

In Spain we offer a new individual roundtrip in Catalonia with charming hotels. Perfect Cannondale bikes are available to rent (road bike/hybride or mountainbike). Start is possible every day of the year.

Also on an individual basis is a cycling week in Andalusia - Southern Spain. During the week you'll stay in a nice family owned hotel in the center of the historical town of Ronda. Everyday you can make your own choice from the several bike trips in this beautiful mountainous region. Visiting Sevilla or Granada is also an option. Can be booked thoughout the year. Good rental bike available.

New is a sunny location in the Southern Alps. Climb the Col d'Izoard, Col d'Agnel, Col de Vars amongst others. See the photo album for some impressions. In 2010 offer this trip both on an individual basis and as a group tour (10-day trip 3-12 july). Excellent location for a training week for bike clubs.

It is still summer 2010 but we already have plans for next year. In 2011 CyclingCols celebrates its 10 year anniversary. In cooperation with CyclingCols we will organize a trip to Norway. Departure beginning july 2011. More information will follow soon, check our website regularly.
A lot of our trips for next year can already be found on the calendar. More bike-barge trips will be published in autumn. And although next summer seems for away: requests for tailormade trips are welcome any time.

11.000 km of cycling from Ecuador to Tierra Fuego.... an international group of people (30 man and woman) will start their expedition in the first week of August. Both tourguides Francien and Filip will be part of the crew. Francien will take care of the food and Filip is the bike mechanic. Follow our adventures on this weblog.
